About Me

I'm just a little guy who serves a very big God. I make mistakes like everyone else and learn from some of them (kinda like everyone else). My name is not important. There is only one name by whichpeople can be saved and that name is Jesus. I travel around and try to love people, serve them and tell them about Jesus Christ.

Here's a similar sight. You'll see me with my bike (more personal than my car), a guitar strapped to my back (to sing worship and evangelism songs), bible in my case (God's word is essential to any ministry) and paper tracts to hand out to people (because Paul said if by ANY means).

My Problem

Right now I am leading a split life. Half my time is spent doing Internet Marketing and the other half of my time is spent doing things that have eternal significance. I do the Internet stuff because I need to pay the rent and I do the eternal stuff because:

  • God calls me to do it
  • The Bible commands me to do it
  • I feel it's my duty
  • Words can't describe how much I enjoy it

Here's a chart for people who like charts and comparisons:

The Reality
The Lord has truly blessed me. I cannot take credit for anything I have or anything decent I've done (or more to the fact, anything good that's been done in and around my life). Even though I have systematically broken every one of God's 10 commandments (by letter and/or in spirit), He found it in His good mercy to save me from myself and the destiny I was building for myself. I was destined and deserving of Hell and He gave me grace, salvation, hope, love and more. I thank the Lord Jesus Christ for His sacrifice on the cross and for such a miraculous work in my life and just want to do as He commands - to go forth and make disciples of all nations. I want ministry to be an everyday full time thing instead of something I do when I don't have business commitments.
My Dream

My dream is to be serving the Lord 100% of my time. I'd rather have the Lord use me to build 1 school, hospital or church that helps 1 person rather than have a client use me to build 10 websites that make a 100 million dollars. I rather God use me to bring 1 person to Christ than win 100 awards from the Television Bureau of Canada. I'd rather spend my time loving, serving and honoring people than typing away at a computer.

Of course, if there are ways I can bless the Lord or build the Kingdom by making websites for Churches, Ministries and Christian bands I will. It's like Paul and his tent-making skill. I'm sure it came in handy for the early church and God wouldn't have given him the skill if it couldn't be used to build God's kingdom on Earth.

A Solution

I feel a calling into full time ministry. I am going through assessment and training through the Church to explore full time ministry. Until then I will continue to do computer based work to provide for my family.

If you know any churches, ministries or worship teams that require my services, please tell me about them or them about me. I thank you and pray the Lord blesses you for your kindness.

Pray that God gives me the strength and desire to share the gospel more. *

* Wierd thing about sharing the gospel with strangers. It's a fearful thing. When you go out to spread the good news, they say you leave home dragging your feet and come home clicking your heels. It's tough, scary and intimidating up until you get into a conversation with someone. Then it just flows naturally. Afterwords, when you're on that joyful high that only the Lord can give, you wonder why you ever hesitated. Of course, the following day it's tough again. We must remember that a person's eternal soul if far more important than the feeling of discomfort we get either before we speak to them about Christ or after they ridicule or reject our message.
